We built KreweLink because parade season shouldn't be a scramble.
Every year, the same chaos: riders hunting for a spot on a float, captains drowning in spreadsheets and group texts, drivers chasing gigs one krewe at a time, float owners fielding calls from strangers, and organizers stitching together bands, dance teams, and captains through a tangle of emails and luck. The parade community deserved better than a patchwork of phone calls.
So we built one place where riders, captains, drivers, float owners, organizers, bands, and dance teams actually find each other — schedules, open spots, listings, performer bookings, payments, and messages, all in one spot. No more chasing leads. No more empty seats. No more scrambling for talent. Just the good times rolling.
One platform.
Every parade role.
- Riders find open spots and claim a place on a float.
- Captains fill floats and manage riders in one place.
- Drivers list tractors and get booked by krewes.
- Float owners rent out floats and field inquiries.
- Organizers manage captains, bands, and dance teams.
- Bands & dance teams get discovered and book parades.

About Mardi Gras Parades & Krewes
Super Krewes
Super Krewes such as Bacchus, Endymion, and Orpheus roll with over 1,500-3,200 riders, massive multi-section fiber-optic floats, celebrity grand marshals, and elaborate throws.
Signature Throws
Each krewe is famous for signature throws: Zulu's hand-painted Golden Coconuts, Muses' glitter shoes, Iris' custom sunglasses, and Rex official gold doubloons.
Rider Dues & Responsibilities
Float Captains assist riders with costume fittings, safety requirements, harness checks, and throw package allocations before rolling through Uptown or Mid-City.
